Good news for those heading to Breckenridge in January, Summit Daily is reporting that the Breckenridge Cannabis Club should be open for recreational sales starting January 1st. Organix, which is also located in Breckenridge expects to begin recreational sales sometime after January 15th.
As we reported earlier, Vail Daily confirms there won’t be any recreational marijuana stores in Eagle County until late Spring. Vail still has their moratorium in effect, but the city of Eagle is allowing recreational marijuana stores. Eagle is a 30 minute drive from Vail on I-70, but again, don’t expect anything to open before April in Eagle.
Steamboat Today is reporting that 2 dispensaries in town are likely to receive approval for recreational sales, but they are unlikely to open until after the January 7th City Council meeting gives final approval.
Pueblo County will be the only location in Southern Colorado to offer recreational marijuana sales. The city of Pueblo are banning recreational stores, but the county is allowing them.
Denver will have around 12 dispensaries open, the state won’t release the list until Dec 27th, but I will update as I learn more.
