Kaya Event Designs events are Strictly Private, Closed Invitation-Only and NOT Open to the Public

● Every attendee must have received an invitation access code or private registration link, allowing the attendees to RSVP

● Absolutely NO guests may obtain entry, to venue and/or transportation, who are not on the guest list.

● Absolutely NO guests will be added after guest lists have been closed.

● Guest list must be finalized upon contracted event start - NO last minute add ons or walk ups

● Legal name MUST match the name on ticket/guest list (digital or paper) - NO SUBSTITUTIONS!

● Guests must present valid 21+ photo government issued ID (No Expired IDs)

● Legal name must be legibly printed on the waiver AND signed

● Wristbands will be required to identify those individuals whom have had their identification verified, are on the guest list, and have signed the waiver prior to entering venue

● ALL Guests MUST strictly comply with State and local marijuana regulations

● Kaya Event Designs strictly prohibits any illegal activity or other actions deemed inappropriate by its guests. Illegal or inappropriate activity may result in removal from the facility.
